PHASE 1 — DISCOVERY & EVALUATION
Training, support, and growth based on Spain’s educational and methodological system, focused on teamwork, tactical intelligence, and technical excellence.
PHASE 2 — IMMERSION & VALIDATION
The player travels to Spain to train and compete in real environments, allowing us to validate their level, adaptation, and performance under pressure.
